Customer Service Officer/Assistant

 EK Immigration Consulting Limited is a leading consultancy company providing immigration consulting services for those applying for permanent residence at countries such as Hong Kong, Canada, America, Australia, United Kingdom, Singapore, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Turkey, Cyprus, Malta etc.

To cope with the business expansion, we are now inviting high caliber individuals to join our Group for the position.

Responsibilities:
Deliver quality service consistently to achieve total customer satisfaction and sustain long-term relationship with customers

Support and assist the company’s CRM and marketing activities

Provide timely response to customer general incoming enquiries via different channel (e.g. online chat, call, email and Facebook)

To collect and process customer feedback to drive continuous improvement on services & products

Collect information and prepare presentation materials to management

Cooperate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems.

Requirements

Form 5 /Diploma or above with related disciplines

Good communication skills in both Cantonese & Mandarin

Strong customer relationship management experience.

Computer skills in Microsoft Office, English and Chinese typing

A team player with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Hands-on experience in managing sizable customer database is a must
